Mandatory arrest upon evidence of domestic violence
Too many crimes in Virginia are rooted in family disputes. Mark supports Virginia’s law providing a mandatory arrest policy in cases where there’s evidence of domestic violence.
If this policy has saved just one life or prevented just one injury, then it has been a success.
