Clean up depleted uranium from our weapons in Iraq

The Iraqi Nuclear Waste Dump: The same lying warmongers who told us Iraq had enormous WMD stockpiles and an active nuclear weapons program, are now telling us the thousand tons of Depleted Uranium rounds (with a half life of about four billion years!) we left strewn all over Iraq are perfectly safe and pose no health risk to our soldiers. (or to any hapless Iraqi citizen who happens to stumble upon a DU round) Question: Would you want to stroll through the very same nuclear waste few U.S. Governors want dumped in their state--even when stored in specially designed vaults? Isn't it a bit of a twisted irony that after using phantom Iraqi nuclear weapons programs as an excuse to invade their country, we are now using weapons made from nuclear waste during the occupation?
