Prevent pollution by more private ownership

Our environment needs our thoughtful protection. Private land ownership is the best way to make sure that protection of the environment and property values are maximized. Federal & state governments are currently the biggest polluters of our environment. However, these institutions have made themselves largely immune to prosecution from violating their own environmental protection laws.
