With $9 trillion deficit, doing nothing is not an option

As an Independent, I say we must spend within our means. Moreover, we must spend on our priorities, not on the issue of the day. Those priorities are education, health, and the environment. If we're serious about accountability in government, then it's time for Oregonians to vote for an Independent like myself who is not captive to big money and clueless political parties. Projected costs of Medicare and Social Security in the next 40 years will bankrupt this country if we don't take bold action now. Doing nothing is not an option.
