Tariff on Chinese imports until they detach yuan from dollar

Some other ideas to stop outsourcing and lost manufacturing jobs: (1) tariff Chinese goods unless and until the yuan is detached from the dollar, to put their price where they would have been but for attachment; and (2) make foreign labor nondeductible for income tax purposes, to the extent that it is disproportionate to foreign revenue, in percentage terms.
