Use troops to enforce borders against illegal immigration
On ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: Illegal immigration is a serious problem that requires immediate attention. First by strongly enforcing laws currently in place.
Second by using troops if necessary, increased border patrol agents and man made structures. We have a responsibility to protect all American citizens and the environment.

No citizenship for children of illegals
Vaughn supports the following principles regarding immigration:
Provide extra federal aid to states with higher numbers of immigrants for necessary medical and social services.
Grant US citizenship to children born in the
US only if their parents immigrated legally.
Support the separation of the INS into two bureaus: one administering naturalization and one administering border patrol.
Reimburse states for providing services to illegal aliens.
