Dan Mongiardo on Immigration

2004 former Democratic challenger for Senate (KY)

Criticizes Bunning for opening Chile and Singapore visas

Jim Bunning's record has demonstrated that he is out of touch with Kentucky's working men and women on the matters that are most important to their families: Bunning voted for free trade agreements with Chile and Singapore which contain "immigration provisions that would allow several thousand professional workers from the two countries to work in the United States under renewable visas, which critics said could take jobs away from U.S. workers." [Vote # 319, Passed 65-32, 7/31/03].
