Rethink elementary & secondary education

1. We must insist that all high schools, nationally, adopt a core course program
2. We must consider a program similar to the New York State Regents Exams
3. We must find a way to utilize retired subject matter experts as teachers
4. We must provide a safe environment
5. We must test teachers as to subject matter knowledge in classes that they teach
