Federal guidelines to ensure proper medical care

Those without insurance cannot afford decent health-care or even standard doctor's visits. This is too common of a problem in America. Simple guidelines set forth by the federal government could ensure all Americans the best medical care possible. No one should be denied proper medical care. During my Senatorial term legislation to ensure every American has proper insurance, at an affordable cost, will be one of my main focuses.
