Rick Noriega knows that Washington's failure to address our crumbling school system is failing our children and destroying our future. Noriega will settle for nothing less than giving our children the vital skills and values needed to compete in the 21st century global economy.

He'll work to fix the so-called "No Child Left Behind" law so that measures of student achievement and classroom accountability go beyond a single standardized test, and he'll end unfunded education mandates out of Washington.
